strange

looks like at least one person didn't receive our invite. we sent them out end of may to OOT's. grr...i wonder if it's the shady "contract" mail/shoe shine store by our home i used. :( usually the usps is pretty good.

whirlwind

i have a feeling that this week and on will fly by until our day. there are so many things milling around in my mind: things i need to do, things i promised myself i would finish, changes, thinking about the future, planning where to spend our holidays, changing my name, finding a job that is fulfilling, finding a more permanent place to live....yikes. i am taking it one day at a time by the grace of God. i am very thankful that i am not working, even if i feel guilty that i should be. this is the only time that i will have to myself and i have been treasuring it. i also know that there will be many good things coming and am excited for them! yup, this weeks marks it, i'm turning into rwwaarr...full BRIDezillA (i'll probably internalize it more and it will show through my lovely hair color change)! ;)

i'm trying to nurse my heart of missing my nieces and nephew. they are so crazy cute. we had a short weekend of fun in hot simi valley (108!)! the most heartwarming moments where when they would ask for uncle andrew to play with them, hold his hand, and hug his legs. *swoon*

wowee!

my youngest niece has started talking! she's 1 year and 4 months already! she always says a shy "hi" on the phone to me. *swoon* we are going to see my cutie kiddos this weekend! :D i can't wait! i hope the young one will warm up to me quick, b/c she is very shy w/ strangers! i hope she can make it down the aisle!
