baa-baa! happy chinese new year! i am so sleepy to the point that random thoughts have ceased. alleriges got the better of me last nite. i need boba/dark brick for energy recharging. i am actually pretty busy at work these days. i think i have gotten 3 white hairs from this week. must go forward and charge thru those darn emails...

living in the 21st century, racism is still prominent. having it hit close to home is sobering. i can only pray for safety and overcoming barriers. i am thankful that i live in a place where i am part of the majority.

concretes:n. vanilla frozen custard that can be mixed in with a variety of items. for example: english toffee, chocolate, strawberries, peppermint stick (user tested) etc...

yes, i came back from OK with a bit of midwest shock. i can surely say that MN is 100 times better than tulsa, OK. i advise not to go there unless there is a strong desire to see super target, walmart grocery store, chick fil-a (another christian fastfood chain!), and eat concretes. i had the most enjoyable time with the kiddies. i luv my nephew chase and niece london to death. they are too cute for words. i shall post up pics some day. chase is the sweetest and silliest! each time we watched tv he would come and sit right by me. when i called him my lil' buddy-he became shy and ran away! so cute! london has the cutest lil' voice which needs to be recorded. i am in kiddie withdrawl. ok, enuff auntie gushing from me.

greatest food item from japan: BiG cup-o-noods, CURRY flava. most satisfying bits and pieces of taters 'n meat. yes, meat! mmm...dehydrated meat. i only have one more cup left. must save for emergency. i think i am having post-MSG syndrome. ;D ooo, here comes the thirstiness. wahhaha. if any of ya go to japan, you know what to get moi! ah, curry flava.

one more day till my travels to OK. wahooo. i bought mini m&m's to bribe the kiddies. altho, i feel like they will love me for me, not for my candies and gifts. scoff. it's gonna be like 30-40 degrees brrrrr! must bring da winter jacket and mitts.

well, i have been working on the wedding invitation for one of the cutest couples: alice & tomio. :) in the midst of everything else, i am lucky to have miss aimeelou to help me. phew! today, i designed two ideas for their "symbol". if you are truly bored you can check them out here. as i go through the process i will be posting up fonts, colors, artwork etc...in time. i am finally starting to re-learn the basics of html after fussing around. now, i should work on this blog page. i know it's poorly designed. but i can get by with it for now. so many things, so little time, so little motivation. hee hee.

i am counting the days till i get to travel to OK! i am excited to see my cutie patooties: nephew and niece. i haven't seen them since last june! i think my nephew will remember me. my niece will prolly be shy and not know who i am. i was instructed to give them candy right away. ha ha. i have all sorts of goodies coming their way. you can say that i am always thinking of them when i shop. girl's clothes are so fun to shop for! unfortunately boy's clothes aren't as appealing. yes, so sad. i can only find t-shirts and i end up making iron-on ones for my nephew. only 4 more days!

is it 2:00pm yet? one more hour. i've been testing my will of starvation this week. in order to have some company for lunch i've been waiting till 2 to have lunch with coworkers. they have to take a later lunch. it's kinda funny, the feeling of being on the verge of starvation. i get woozy and start making typos while conversing with other peers on an ah hem...automatic "typing device". i know a few who have been a witness to that. kachiu, goontak, etc... man, my mind is wandering. must break into the emergency stash to kill the starvation symptoms. yum japanese rice crackers w/ peanuts. my fave. ah ok, now i can collect myself and continue. oh wait, too busy snacking...will come back later. ha ha.

hOpPi Nu Yr! i made it through 2002 with no resolutions and i aim to do the same for 2003. woo hoo! :P well, another year over...that's all i can say. i certainly don't want to start ranting about time passing quickly.
hm, i may have found a grad school to go to: SFSU. i have no idea about the program, only the title: masters of arts in industrial arts aka. graphic design. the description sounds good to me. i'm going to apply and see what happens. let's hope i will be able to make myself go through the application process. if only i could get through to the grad and industrial arts office i would be on my merry way.
