one month, 4 weeks, 30 days...
these last few months i found myself succuumbing to the rituals a non-girly bride must endure:

1. growing out my hair. my hair does NOT grow in length but it likes to frizz and change to white highlights. i am going to chop it off as soon as the opportunity comes! ;) unfortunately, my hair has not grown as long as i wanted it to, oh well, i guess i don't have the fast-growing hair genes.

2. i am not having my regular diet of starbucks every week, indian food, burritos, MEAT, chinese food, etc...but a very condensed and limited version. i am not missing it and i guess that's a good thing...for the long run of healthy living and it's also better for my acne prone skin.

3. i don't pamper my face at all and i guess it's time i should. my aunt and uncle made me try this face stuff they sell because they where shocked at pimples popping out everywhere on me. i guess they were right, ever since they gave me the products my face has doing better. time for some scary mask facials...i guess i should steam my face also...

4. my nails bug me all the time and i cut them every 1.5 weeks. i hate having long nails because they get in the way of doing things and stuff gets stuck in them. from this point on, i vowed myself that i would not cut my nails so i can get my first-ever manicure and that they look beaUtiful on our day!
wedding preparation = a new kind of madness!

hehe...yeah. seriously. i can't cut my hair either (cuz it also grows really slowly) and i should probably be moisturizing & masking more frequently & consistently...ugh. what a pain. But it's probably good to start developing the habit of pampering my skin now so I don't get wrinkles, sun spots, etc....It's such a pain to be a woman sometimes.
hahaha. Welcome to wedding prep, girls. It's insane the number of things girls have to do to look "all pretty." It does pay off in spectacular pictures, though!
