i got m' berries 'n pearly thingys 'n orchids
yesterday we met with the florist to finalize floral details (thank you MySS for not looking too bored ;)! my "dream" creamish bouquet is going to have roses, berries, orchids, and stephanotis! woo hoo!
my bouquet is gonna look something like this:
plus a few of these to add a bit of our wedding color in:
and cream berries!:
did you know that orchids and stephanotis (below)
all have to be individually wired (because of weak steams) to look like this?!
i really admire the labor intensive work florists go through.

very pretty. How do they get pearls in the centers of each of those stephanotises??
for stephanotis, you take all the stem out. wire through the stem and wire the pearls through. i read it in a book i checked out from the library. i can point you to it if you want to know! ;)
