machu picchu & amazon jungle!

i'm on my way! booked the tour and airplane ticket today. it will be 12 days of pure adventure. i am wondering how tortured i'll be on this 4-day no shower hike. :P i have spent an obscene amount of $$ this week. ouchie. at least i've been saving for those rainy days/vacations. i figured i saved a lot of $$ on past vacations from free flights and going w/ the parentals. surprisingly the flight was only $500. not bad for s. america. anyone want to come still? there's still room on the tour! :) the hiking won't be too bad. there's a porter to carry your stuff. heh heh.

btw: does anyone have a big backpack, a size good for a long weekend trip i can borrow?
