Tips to Guys Thinking About Proposing

ok GUYS, read UP on this one!

1. Watch as many chick flicks as possible. You don't need to really like them, but understand why girls like them so much. Also, half of those movies will probably include some type of wedding/proposal type of thing.

2. Always get advice from your guy friends/coworkers, even though their ideas on proposing may be way too wacky, tacky or just not good. That's their way of showing support.

3. Poetry. It's been around for thousands of years and will be around forever. It has a purpose. Use it.

4. Always get advice from a guy friend who's already married, and have him run the idea through his wife. That'll give you an idea if your proposal plan is a thumbs up or not.

5. Crafts Day at Canaan. Girls like crafts. Maybe you should like crafts too, or at least appreciate them. Go. Learn something. It may come in handy one day.

6. Run your idea through your female coworkers (or a group of females that don't have a direct connection to your future fiancee). If you get responses like "that will win her heart", then that's a good sign.

7. Flowers work, period

8. Does your proposal get you so excited that you can't sleep at night and you lose 4 pounds in two weeks? Then stick with it. You won't regret it.

9. Location, location, location. It works in realestate, it'll work here.

10. Pray. Pray! and Pray!!!
