i am hunkering down in my friend's apt. until i absolutely have to go outside! it seems like i always bring bad weather wherever i go (kauai is the exception). every single time i go anywhere i always bring cold or hot weather!!! augh! when i go back to MN on monday, looks like it's going to start getting cold there too! i don't think my north face summit series jacket is going to hold up. i discovered that wearing a wool sweater under works well but after it hits 10 degrees it's not going to be fun. atleast this weather is distracting me from going shopping so much.

i have been eating some interesting foods out here. i had an interesting cuban dish for lunch and korean dumplings! my next eatings visits are ethiopian, polish, pastrami sandwich, and croissants. i got to taste pies from the little pie company compliments of sandy. :) she gave me two 5" pies to taste. interesting morsels. i must brag and say i can make better. heh heh.

alrite, time to bundle up and stand in line for 30 mins for tkts! eeks!
