so i went swimming again last nite, second nite in a row and tonite will be the third. unfortunately, my body has been feeling used and abused. now i have upper back pain/sore! can that be possible?! good thing i am going to the sports doctor today to get all my ailments checked out. i am falling apart at the ripe old age of 24. sniff. i think...good for those who rarely exercise. save your body for later! :P
